  • Set up and adjust machinery within assigned work cell.
  • Perform detailed quality inspections and checks throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Use manual and pneumatic ratchets, hex wrenches, and box-end wrenches as required.
  • Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Perform frequent inspection work to ensure products meet quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the 8-10 hour shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
