Job summary

Apmex in Edmond, OK is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift. The role requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years in a production setting. You will operate extrusion or similar machinery, calibrate equipment, and monitor quality through measurements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adjust, calibrate, and test equipment at the start of each shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature, and operation.
• Examine components visually and with measurements to ensure compliance with standards; make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate equipment issues clearly to the next shift for a smooth handoff.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and assist with standard safety practices.
