Job summary

Tyson Foods in River Valley Ingredients Plant A, Hanceville, AL, seeks a Machine Operator to run line equipment and ensure consistent product flow. You will monitor settings, verify ingredients, and report maintenance needs to maintain safety and quality on the C Shift.

The role requires 6 months of recent work experience and a background check; relocation is not indicated. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• Required 6 consecutive months of work within the last 1 year.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed and notify supervisor if machines require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies.
