Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and support all phases of operation at our Alabama facility. The role requires proficiency in electrical controls, hydraulics and pneumatics, PLCs, and equipment instrumentation, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, work rotating shifts, and participate in continuous improvement efforts that keep lines running and quality high.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance is preferred or must be willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for operation systems.
• Work with maintenance team and management to ensure reliability and safety.
• Interact across levels of staff and document activities.
