Job summary

MOO, a design and technology company with a strong presence in the US, is expanding its production team in East Providence, RI. We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to support growing print and merchandise production, ensuring high-quality output with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, can troubleshoot and operate multiple machines, and is fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in understanding equipment functionality and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines such as bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Rotary Die MGI, and ABG.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations.
• Accurately report completed orders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and stations for the next shift.
• Conduct quality checks and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
