Job summary

MOO is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to support our growing production team in East Providence, RI. You will operate and maintain a range of printing and binding equipment, ensure quality, and follow SOPs for safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes learning and adapting within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical background, are comfortable troubleshooting, and can communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with ability to follow safety protocols.
• Experience operating production machinery and performing basic maintenance.
• Fluent written and spoken English to follow instructions and document work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines (bindery, cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Rotary Die MGI, ABG).
• Identify and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations.
