Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Capacity to interpret and adhere to standardized work documentation.
• Proficiency in analyzing and comprehending technical engineering blueprints.
• Capability to solve fundamental mathematical and computational tasks.
• Help ensure precision by utilizing various measuring instruments for small components.
• Ability to configure, run, and conduct basic maintenance on machinery with guidance.
• Aptitude for maintaining precise logs and documentation of daily activities.
• Pass both a medical examination and a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials, components, and equipment meet specifications using calibrated measurement tools.
• Execute engineering and manufacturing evaluations per SOPs.
• Assist in design and configuration of testing fixtures and setups.
• Maintain a safe working environment and contribute to hazard risk assessments.
• Calibrate measurement systems when authorized.
• Review test plans and standard work instructions for efficiency improvements.
• Record inspection and testing data accurately and monitor result stability.
• Support process improvements using manufacturing system tools.
