Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience a plus
• Must be dependable with good attendance
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach, and bend repeatedly
• Able to exert 10–50 pounds frequently
• Adherence to safety policies

Responsibilities

• Load raw material into machines and unload finished products
• Perform basic deburring on parts
• Read and use micrometers and calipers
• Learn safety, tooling, and machining processes
• Operate lathes and milling machines under supervision
• Follow operation sequences and communicate tasks to team
