Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a Machine Operator for a premier manufacturing facility in Clare, MI. This is a contract to hire, full-time position on 2nd shift with starting pay between $17-20/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, overhead cranes and hoists, reading blueprints, performing quality checks, and using measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Safety and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Competent with inspection tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and hoists.
• Verify materials meet type and dimension prior to cutting/drilling.
• Read, interpret and utilize blueprints and work orders.
• Maintain tight tolerances and perform quality checks.
