Carlisle Companies is seeking an operator to set up, run, and troubleshoot assigned machinery in a fast paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. You will follow detailed work orders, monitor material specs, and assist with packaging, quality checks, and safety procedures throughout the shift.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to operate a sit-down forklift and complete CCM’s certification program.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot one machine/equipment independently (e.g., Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, etc.).
• Follow daily work orders with attention to materials and notations.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
• Assist with packaging at end of line and as needed.
• Band and palletize metal coils/sheets and label finished product.
• Perform quality checks for lengths, widths, weights with appropriate tools.
• Ensure safety compliance and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain orderly work area and perform additional duties as assigned.
