Job summary

Staffmark in Fontana, CA is hiring a Machine Operator. You will operate tableting machinery, monitor performance, load materials, and ensure quality while following safety procedures. This role supports multiple departments through cross-training in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reliability, and team-oriented collaboration. High school diploma or GED preferred; Korean language skills are a plus and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment.
• Korean language skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tableting machinery to produce capsules and tablets.
• Load 50-pound bags of powder into production equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Support other departments as needed through cross-training.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
