Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school graduate or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• 2 years of related work experience and/or 2-4 years’ experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Specialized knowledge: Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints; ability to inspect parts visually and dimensionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines used in production.
• Assist with equipment set-up and calibration for more complex tasks.
• Read operating manuals and procedures; follow documented processes.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance.
• Maintain machinery and perform routine cleaning.
• Adhere to safety and quality requirements.
• Follow documentation for product manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Load materials into tools and assist with finishing operations.
