Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, IL driver’s license, PIT certification, and at least 1 year of related experience or training. Strong English communication and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and comprehend English at a basic level to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform math operations and measure materials accurately.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting or with similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor machine settings across aut o-fill lines.
• Pack, set up, operate, and troubleshoot packing and labeling equipment; perform minor repairs.
• Inspect finished goods for quality and safety, recording results and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and input data in SAP/Kronos and other systems.
• Move materials with pallet jack and assist with material flow in the cell.
