Job summary

Combi Packaging Systems LLC in North Canton, OH is seeking two detail-oriented Machine Assembler/Testers to join our team. The role involves reading blueprints, assembling machine components, testing machines, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Candidates must be able to work in a team or independently, adhere to safety protocols, and document assembly and testing activities accurately. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed for shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in assembling machine components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience in testing machines and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical problems.
Skilled in the use of hand tools and assembly equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Awareness and adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Good documentation skills for recording assembly and testing activities.

Responsibilities

Assemble machine components accurately according to specifications and blueprints.
Read and understand technical blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Perform thorough testing of assembled machines to verify functionality and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during assembly and testing phases.
Utilize hand tools proficiently to assemble and adjust machine parts.
Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure all components meet quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Document assembly and testing processes, including any issues encountered and corrective actions taken.
