Job summary

BestLogic Staffing is seeking a Machine Assembler to join a team manufacturing high-precision machinery. You will assemble mechanical components from engineering drawings and part lists, using precision tools to meet exact tolerances and quality standards.

We look for candidates with 2 years of assembly experience (or 5 years in machine tool parts manufacturing), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and measurement devices. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and machines according to drawings, part lists, blueprints, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Use precision tools such as torque wrenches, depth gauges, dial indicators, and digital levels to achieve tolerances.
• Operate overhead cranes to move heavy components safely during the assembly process.
• Follow Quality Standards and accurately measure in both imperial (inch) and metric systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area in accordance with lean manufacturing principles.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE consistently.
• Provide feedback and input to support continuous process improvements.
