Responsibilities

• Interpret policies and procedures, analyze loan applications and review loan documents.
• Ensure verification processes are completed and accurate.
• Imaging of ongoing credit information for loan accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Review notes and modifications after closing to ensure compliance and policy adherence.
• Maintain appraisal databases and order/appraisal validations; ensure appraisal regulation compliance.
• Prepare and review reports supporting the credit department.
• Track insurance for collateral and coordinate with insurers and lending staff.
