Job summary

Winchester is seeking a detail-oriented Loading Technician in Manitowoc to operate loading and priming equipment, monitor multiple machines, and perform basic preventative maintenance. You will follow checklists, use precision tools, and work with production software while prioritizing safety.

The role offers 1st shift (5:00am - 3:00pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm - 1:00am) with a starting wage of $20 per hour plus a 10% 2nd shift premium, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate loading and priming equipment following checklists and guidelines.
• Use precision measuring instruments for quality monitoring.
• Utilize site production software effectively.
• Perform mechanical adjustments, preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Adhere to safety requirements, keep area clean, and wear PPE.
