Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. in the United States is seeking a detail-driven production operator for the Small Paint Plant.

You will operate automated pail filling, load cells, mixers and pumps, and monitor equipment to ensure on-spec batches, while following SOPs and safety practices. Responsibilities include labeling and packaging finished goods, using SAP and Microsoft Access for LPP completion, performing routine equipment checks, and assisting with LEAN improvements to boost

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated pail-filling systems and related equipment for consistent on-spec batches.
• Package finished goods in correct containers and prepare accurate labels.
• Use SAP, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office to finish LPP processes.
• Move materials with a forklift and support housekeeping and safety standards.
• Assist improvement teams to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
