Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, SOPs, BOMs, and production routers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per customer specifications using blueprints, SOPs, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools to build, test, and inspect finished products.
• Test and calibrate components to ensure products meet quality standards, tolerances, and specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair assembly issues when needed.
• Perform tool, fixture, and test equipment changeovers to support production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations.
