Job summary

The Dixon Group in Chestertown, Maryland is seeking a Light Assembler to join our hands-on production team. You will assemble mechanical components, perform quality checks, and document production data using basic computer systems.

A high school diploma is required and candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday. We value reliability, precision, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with hand tools, parts and mechanical components.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
