Job summary

START is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support high-volume automotive assembly lines. You will run multiple machines, perform inspections, and maintain 5S discipline on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include completing standard paperwork, using SAP handheld scanners and printers, and escalating defects promptly to supervisors to ensure quality and throughput on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 requirements is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple assembly machines in secondary operations following operator instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and gauge checks per the Control Plan and Quality check sheet.
• Maintain 5S discipline and keep workspaces safe and orderly.
• Complete daily production paperwork: production reports, PPLH, scrap reports, and 5S housekeeping sheet.
