Job summary

Lippert is seeking a dedicated Laser Operator for our Kentucky facility to support the production of finished parts. You will read work orders, set up and run laser equipment, monitor quality, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating fabricating machinery, crane usage, lifting heavy items, and rotating to other production positions as needed while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be able to read and process work orders and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser equipment and assist in production of finished parts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Be able to rotate to other production positions as needed.
• Read and interpret work orders and measurements to meet production goals.
• Lift and move items over 50 pounds and operate related equipment.
