Qualifications

• Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments.
• Mechanically inclined, production-oriented and safety and quality conscious.
• General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under general supervision.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings.
• Functional literacy.
• Working knowledge of general computer programs preferred.
• Previous experience with precision instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting equipment and ensure proper table values, nozzle selection, and material checks.
• Ensure cut quality and perform product inspections; manage the removal and identification of cut parts from the tables.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency to meet production targets.
