Estes Design, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Precision Laser Fabrication Operator for the 2nd shift. You will set up laser systems, calibrate them to exact specs, and monitor performance to ensure consistent part quality.

You will read blueprints and job orders, log production data, and coordinate with teammates to optimize throughput while maintaining strict safety standards in a modern shop environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; laser-focused technical training is a plus.
• Experience operating laser equipment or comparable machinery.
• Mechanical savvy and a methodical, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency reading technical documents and prints.
• Strong knowledge of laser safety and general manufacturing safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high quality.
• Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude.
