Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in Fanuc controls, CNC milling, CNC lathes, stamping/press machines is highly desirable.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and CAD design software or similar programs.
• Proven experience operating laser engraving machines or similar CNC equipment in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of tooling setup, fabrication processes, machining techniques, and materials handling procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into engraved products.

Responsabilités

• Set up, calibrate, and operate laser engraving machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to accurately produce engraved items.
• Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document machine activities.
• Handle materials with care and move items safely within the facility using appropriate equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections using calipers and micrometers to verify engraving accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE in accordance with factory standards.
