Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with strong safety practices.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attends scheduled shifts and follows instructions and work orders.
• Performs daily preventative maintenance on the laser machine and equipment.
• Loads programs, recalls jobs, and begins cutting operations per specs.
• Inspects finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Documents SPC data, materials, and workflow per job instructions.
• Operates the laser to produce parts and stages material for next steps.
• Performs periodic quality checks and moves material to next destination.
• Performs general cleanup at end of shift.
