Job summary

Dollamur Sport Surfaces is seeking a Digital Print Operator Assistant to join our Fort Worth team. You will operate the large format printers used to apply logos and decoration to sport mats, ensuring color accuracy and alignment.

Responsibilities include adjusting printer settings per order, recording measurements, and coordinating with the art department to meet deadlines. Lifting up to 100 lbs and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous large format printing experience.
• Attention to detail; self-starter and team player.
• Willing to work OT and some weekends as required.
• Experience in ambient temperature manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate large format digital printers to add logos/decoration to blank sport surfaces.
• Adjust printer settings per order based on product variations.
• Read and interpret layouts from the graphic art department.
• Record accurate measurements for logo placement and verify on job docs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance per schedules and identify quality defects.
