Job summary

Dollamur is a leading manufacturer of sports mats, serving colleges, events, and businesses worldwide. We are seeking a Digital Print Operator in Fort Worth, TX to maintain and operate our large format printer and related equipment, applying logos and decorations to mats with care and precision.

You will read layouts from the graphic art department, adjust printer settings for each order, and ensure measurements are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must have previous large format printing experience.
• Attention to detail; self-starter and team player.
• Willing to work OT and/or some weekends as required.
• Ambient temperature manufacturing experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Read layouts from the graphic art department; English literacy required.
• Spanish language ability a plus but not required.
• Familiar with measuring tools and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate large format digital printers to add logos/decoration to blank sport surfaces.
• Understand unique qualities of produced product and adjust printer settings per order.
• Record accurate measurements for logo placement and verify on job docs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Identify quality defects and alert supervisor before proceeding.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Work with a team member to ensure timely production.
