Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking personnel at the Augusta, KY facility to perform laboratory testing, interpret results, and ensure product and packaging quality for shipment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion basics.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required.
• Complete OJT’s for Lines 30/32 within 1 year and be able to run both lines. Recertification required annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab test, interpret the results, and compare results to the customer’s requirements.
• Analyze data using Statistical Process Control techniques and adjust manufacturing parameters to achieve property targets.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Work between Lines 30/32 as one team.
