Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years admin experience in QA Document Control for medical devices.
• Experience with labeling systems.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with Gmail.
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with cGMP, ISO 13485, CFR, and other regulatory standards.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain control records relating to label issuance.
• Print production labels for manufacturing.
• Assemble Lot Folders for all departments.
• Verify documents prior to lot folder assembly.
• Maintain label and ribbon stock inventory.
• Support the document control program.
