Job summary

Employers Overload is seeking an Assembler in Tualatin, Oregon to join a hands-on production team. You will assemble knife components, operate hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area to support daily production goals.

The role requires at least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components and use assembly tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble knife components into finished knives on a production line.
• Use hand and power tools to install handles, screws, and other parts.
• Operate assembly equipment including presses, drills, and sanding/grinding tools.
• Apply grease and thread-locking compounds per work instructions and SDS guidance.
• Ensure tools and safety controls are functioning before use and maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
