Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in Phoenix is seeking a Kitting Specialist who will pick materials, label kits, maintain batch records, and coordinate with Quality Control and Logistics to ensure accurate inventory and timely production. You will use ERP/WMS systems, follow SOPs, and adhere to GMP.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, 6–12 months of kitting, and strong communication; OT may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience.
• 6–12 months of kitting experience.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience using email and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials listed on pick slips and record batch records.
• Document kitting steps and handle materials per SOPs.
• Use ERP/WMS to transact material movement and maintain inventory.
• Print and apply kit labels and prepare QC samples.
• Release materials that pass QC and stage for transfer to lab facilities.
• Communicate status and issues to Logistics Supervisor.
