Caris Life Sciences in Phoenix is seeking a Kitting Specialist who will pick materials, label kits, maintain batch records, and coordinate with Quality Control and Logistics to ensure accurate inventory and timely production. You will use ERP/WMS systems, follow SOPs, and adhere to GMP.
The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, 6–12 months of kitting, and strong communication; OT may be required.

The Kitting Specialist will work under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor and be responsible for handling and processing materials required to produce diagnostic kits. This includes order picking, product labeling, inspection, filling out batch records, preparing QC samples, material release and transfer.
Visual acuity and analytical skill to distinguish fine detail. Must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Must possess ability to perform repetitive motion. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This position will require working occasional evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
