Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Custom Kit Assembly to join our logistics and warehouse operations team in Riverside, CA. The role supports day-to-night shift operations with a focus on accuracy and safety, assembling custom kits and handling inventory.

The ideal candidate will lift up to 40 lbs, follow written and verbal instructions, and strive to improve quality and productivity within a collaborative environment. Training occurs on day shift with a transition after Thanksgiving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical strength to lift 35-40 lbs regularly; up to 51 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for finding the right items and following order instructions.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and safely to handle products in a warehouse environment, including inventory fulfillment and inquiry fulfillment.
• Process inventory accurately and timely in compliance with Iron Mountain procedures and standards.
• Assemble custom kits and/or receive inventory, ensuring correct items and documentation.
• Clearly and accurately record information on documents and in software applications.
• Operate small machines and use common shipping/packing tools (pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, box cutters, tape guns, staplers, and dispensers) as needed.
