Job summary

Responsibilities include packaging, lean activities participation, and using Pick Lists with Kinetic software. Lifting up to 30 pounds and working Monday–Friday mornings are required.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Able to transport up to 30 pounds.
• Experience with a glue gun and working closely with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assemble test kits and refill kits per written instructions and diagrams.
• Prepare test kit boxes by assembling/taping boxes and mailers; glue foam into cases.
• Assemble subassemblies used in test kits.
• Use Pick Lists to select materials for kits to be assembled.
• Enter Pick Lists in the computer using Kinetic software and basic Excel.
• Support other Production Department activities and lean initiatives (5S, kaizen, DMAICs).
• Rotate to other Production Departments as needed.
