Job summary

Imagineering Finishing Technologies is seeking a Keensert Installation Technician to reinforce threads in metal components by installing Keenserts. The role requires precision, ability to follow technical specifications, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include drilling, tapping, installing inserts, inspecting quality, and maintaining safety and organization on the shop floor. 2+ years relevant experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years related experience preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Drill, tap, and install Keenserts per specs.
  • Read blueprints and work instructions.
  • Operate hand/power tools and installation equipment.
  • Inspect fit, alignment, and thread quality.
  • Document tasks and report defects.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
