Brilliance.com in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Production Manager to own the end‑to‑end jewelry production process. You’ll coordinate sample development, production scheduling, and vendor collaboration to ensure on‑time delivery and quality.

This in‑person, full‑time role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear English communication. You’ll partner with jewelers and Sales to align output with demand and maintain production documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management is required, jewelry industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production process from sample development to final delivery.
• Collaborate with jewelers to create and improve samples while meeting quality standards.
• Manage production schedules, inventory needs, and pre-production planning.
• Check samples and finished pieces for accuracy before proceeding.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, timelines, and expectations.
• Keep production documentation organized and up to date.
• Work with Sales to ensure production aligns with demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and production partners.
