Qualifications

• Experience in diamond/gem setting, not entry-level.
• Ability to work under a microscope with tight tolerances.
• Detail-oriented with a steady hand.

Responsibilities

• Set diamonds and gemstones (prong, pave, channel, etc.) with precision and consistency.
• Handle stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing.
• Perform polishing and finishing to production standards.
• Work with gold, platinum, and other precious metals.
• Maintain quality control so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.
