Stuller, the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America, is seeking a Findings Assembler in Lafayette, LA. You will assemble earring posts and backings using pegboards, a soldering pen, and assorted solders under the Traditional Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for training and communication purposes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods during repetitive production work.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete periodic computer-based training as required.
• Regularly check and respond to communications via your Stuller corporate email account.
• Select the correct size pegboard for each job based on the batch ticket.
• Load small parts into the pegboard for assembly.
• Apply paste solder to parts using a tube applicator.
• Prepare and label the quality of pieces on the pegboard.
• Place finished boards on the designated table for pickup.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while performing repetitive tasks.
• Be flexible with work hours, especially during peak production times.
