Job summary

Stationary Division seeks a Calibration Technician in North Kingstown, RI to support metrology service work. You will calibrate customer equipment to ISO 17025 standards and complete SMax reports, ensuring traceability to NIST.

You will join a detail-oriented team focused on reliable, repeatable results and quality documentation. Prior PCMM calibration experience is desirable and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related calibration or repair experience.
• Experience calibrating PCMMs and/or performing machine repairs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the Metrology Portable Service ISO 17025 quality systems.
• Perform accurate, correct, and repeatable calibrations of customer equipment to applicable standards.
• Document and report calibration results, providing certification traceable to N.I.S.T and ISO 17025 standards.
• Maintain company equipment in good working order, ensuring tools used are calibrated and current.
• Complete SMax calibration reports and assist with calibration processes, documentation, and required reporting.
