Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and aiding with the annual physical inventory while adhering to GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or cycle counting preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily physical counts of fresh produce and verify usability.
• Report damaged or unusable products to management.
• Distribute daily inventory reports to Inventory Coordinators, Buyers, and Supply Chain.
• Conduct cycle counts to verify item numbers, quantities, and warehouse locations.
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies or errors.
• Compare quantities scheduled for picking against quantities allocated.
• Ensure warehouse inventory is allocated and rotated according to FIFO procedures.
• Conduct searches to locate missing, misplaced, or misclassified inventory.
• Track inventory movements throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and filing.
• Support with annual physical inventory preparations.
• Follow GMP, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
