Booth Creek Wagyu is seeking a reliable Inventory & Fulfillment Associate to support daily operations by managing product inventory and accurately fulfilling customer orders. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to food safety standards in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing Wagyu products, performing regular inventory audits, and coordinating shipments to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or food handling.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort in cold or refrigerated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store Wagyu beef products and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts via regular audits and cycle counts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Label, stage, and coordinate shipments to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure packaging meets food safety, quality, and presentation standards.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (scales, pallet jacks, freezers/coolers).
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and seasonal volume increases.
