Job summary

Hoskbrew seeks a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to keep the warehouse organized and ensure accurate inventory records. You will pack and ship orders daily while maintaining knowledge of a 1,000+ product catalog and assisting with online listings and photography.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, enjoy orderliness, and are comfortable using inventory systems. This is an on-site, full-time role with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with parts look-alikes and orders.
• Strong spatial reasoning to optimize storage and packing.

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouse meticulously organized for fast product location.
• Enter inventory data and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and flag/reorder to prevent shortages.
• Plan storage layout to maximize space utilization.
• Order warehouse supplies and replacement products.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders daily with accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of 1,000+ product catalog and differences.
• Assist with posting products online and coordinating photos.
• Collaborate with the team and support cross-functional needs.
