Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks an Inventory Associate to support day-to-day inventory and fulfillment in the Collector Fulfillment Department. You will help ensure accurate receiving, storage, and movement of inventory, and assist with packing, quality checks, and exception resolution.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior ecommerce or collectibles exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in inventory, fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or related ops.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow SOPs and complete tasks on time.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Clear verbal and written communication; team-focused.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble product packages as needed.
• Interest in ecommerce, collectibles, or high-volume fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inventory activities: receiving, putaway, storage, replenishment, picking, packing.
• Accurately locate, label, scan, and transact inventory using systems.
• Maintain on-hand balances and report discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Follow SOPs to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and quality checks.
