Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, customer operations, inventory control, or related environment.
• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with fulfillment systems, inventory management systems, or ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processes.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collector fulfillment workflows, including defect and missing card submissions and replacements.
• Review claims and documentation to determine next steps per guidelines.
• Monitor workload, assign tasks, and ensure on-time processing of orders and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards; maintain safe work environment.
• Lead and develop Collector Fulfillment Associates and cross-functional partners.
