Job summary

Engineered Specialty Products, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Production Assembler to join our fabrication team. You will assemble products or components using hand and power tools, read prints, and follow specifications to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will work at multiple stations as production needs require, perform inspections at every step, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift 25–65 lbs.
• Familiarity with reading technical prints and diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools and fixtures.
• Ability to work at different stations as needed.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand/power tools and fixtures.
• Follow prints/spec sheets and instructions to assemble or rework units.
• Set and operate machinery for assembly and processing.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Perform quality inspections at each step.
• Communicate quality issues to supervision.
• Support safety programs and teamwork.
