MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an Instrument Assembly Technician in Sparks, MD.

This entry-level role involves assembling electromechanical modules and subassemblies, interpreting diagrams, and performing quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and GMP standards. You will work a 40-hour week, with 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts, and support multiple product lines through assembly, testing, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• HS or GED required with 3 years manufacturing experience or AA technical degree with 1-year experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment is required.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities are expected.

Aufgaben

• Build, integrate, and understand the entire assembly process for instruments.
• Assemble multiple product lines including sub-assemblies into instruments.
• Maintain device history records and reporting (serial numbers, tools).
• Provide basic component testing of pre-assemblies and modules.
• Identify defects and recommend design and process improvements.
• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards.
• Provide training to associates on mechanical and testing activities.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and repair as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and client safety/quality policies.
