Medical Devices Company in Sparks, MD seeks an Instrument Test Technician 1 for a 12-month, contract role. You will perform production assembly operations, test and analyze instruments, and optimize performance to meet pass/fail criteria.

You will identify issues, escalate as needed, and serve as a subject matter expert on instrument functionality while adhering to GMP and safety standards. Shift is 1st, 7am-3:30pm, 40 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• AA degree in mechatronics or relevant field with 0 years' experience or 5 years' related troubleshooting experience
• Experience reading drawings and interpreting measurements
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements

Aufgaben

• Capable to build, integrate, and understand the entire assembly process.
• Proficient on test instructions of at least one instrument including functional and release testing.
• Analyze results to determine pass/fail and propose fixes.
• Identify defects and recommend design and process improvements.
• Maintain safety, quality, and training across production activities.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Eng., Quality, Planning and Purchasing as needed.
• Follow client procedures and work instructions.
