Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or an associates degree with related experience.
• Experience inspecting microelectronics, precision mechanicals and assemblies.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests of highly complex products to ensure conformance to specifications and workmanship standards.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and Inspection Plans to support quality oversight.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate with PQE/SQE teams for corrective actions.
• Operate optical inspection equipment and precision gauges per procedures.
• Review COCs and shipping docs for compliance with requirements.
• Support safety, reliability, and hardware traceability for end-item systems.
