Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP in Puerto Rico and the USA is seeking a Tool and Die Maker (Injection Molding) to join our shop team. You will maintain and repair molds, produce spare parts, and document repairs and PMs.

The role requires reading blueprints, setting up lathes and milling machines, and working with minimal supervision. A high school diploma and trade/technical training are required, with willingness to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Trade school or technical training preferred.
• At least one year of technical college.
• Ability to read prints and interpret drawings.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Shift flexibility including second shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Tool and Die Maker for injection molding.
• Maintain and repair molds with minimal errors.
• Fabricate spare parts for molds and equipment.
• Document repairs, PMs, and materials usage.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Ensure all work areas are left orderly.
• Must have own tools.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and documentation.
